About Party Me

Party Me is a free AI-powered party planning assistant for Australian families. It is operated by Party Me (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Party Me at chat.partyme.com.au, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Using Party Me

Party Me is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help plan kids’ parties. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse, harass, or attempt to manipulate the AI assistant
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the service
  • Use the service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal

AI suggestions — not professional advice

Party Me uses AI to generate party suggestions and recommendations. These are provided as general ideas to help you plan — they are not professional advice. In particular:

  • Venue suggestions are not endorsements — always verify suitability, availability, and safety yourself.
  • Food and catering suggestions do not account for individual dietary requirements, allergies, or food safety regulations. Always confirm with a qualified provider.
  • Activity and entertainment suggestions are general ideas. You are responsible for assessing their safety and suitability for the children involved.

You remain in control of all decisions at all times. The AI does not make binding decisions on your behalf.

Your account

Party Me creates an anonymous session automatically when you first visit. You can optionally provide an email address to create a persistent account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

Content you enter into Party Me (your messages, party details, etc.) remains yours. By using Party Me, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content to provide the service.

The Party Me application, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated interface content, belongs to Party Me. You may not copy or reproduce it without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Party Me is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI suggestions.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where such statutory guarantees apply, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Party Me after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
